Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
To return merchandise purchased at Ubro Floor Products, a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) is required. Please contact an Ubro Floor Products sales representative to assist you with an RMA.
Any order claims and/or discrepancies must be noted on delivery slip and reported to Ubro Floor Products within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Credit will be issued using the same method by which the material was purchased, minus a 20% restock fee. Ubro Floor Products cannot accept returns on stock items after 30 days.
Products that are received for credit by Ubro Floor Products and meet any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Products not purchased from Ubro Floor Products
- Any products that have be damaged or altered in any way –this excludes manufacturer defects as well as materials damaged in shipping
- Any products not returned in the original packaging and/or without original accessories
- Special order items not listed on our website
SHIPPING POLICY
All in stock items shipped within one business day. If there are any items on backorder, shipping status will be relayed to customer on a per-item basis.
DELIVERY POLICY
All orders shipped via UPS or USPS ground shipments and generally delivery is within 1-6 business days from shipment depending on location. The tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped. If you require expedite shipping, please contact us for a quote.
